Control hair fall with these effective and quick home remedies

Everyone desires thick and lustrous hair irrespective of gender, especially women who wish for shiny, long and strong hair. Tresses play an important role in increasing one's beauty. It gives definition to one's face and personality. However, due to hectic schedule, pollution, irregular diet and adulteration, we are facing hair fall and impaired hair issues. Due to several other factors, hair that grow are weak and have no shine.

Reasons of hair loss:

Lack of Nutrients: There are chances that you may be skipping vital nutrients like copper, zinc, iron and proteins from your diet. Lack of nutrients cause mutiple hair issues.

Hormonal Imbalance and Thyroid: Another factor of hair fall can be hormonal imbalance. Women above 30 generally experience this due to excessive dihydrotestosterone (DHT) conversion. Thyroid is one of the major problems being faced by girls today. If the thyroid gland secrete excessive or inadequate hormone, your body may experience drastic hcanges such as weight gain and hair loss.

Pills: The pills that suppress ovulation causes thinning of hair. Even medicines used to treat high blood pressure, heart disease, depression and arthrities can have the same effect.

Stress: Stress is also one of the factor that leads to hair loss. Minimize it by exercise, meditation and yoga.

Hair Styling Products: Most of the cosmetics contain chemicals that are harmful for hair. All shampoos have Sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) which has toxic effect and degrade hair follicles. Over-treated hair lose their shine and strength.

If you don't want the help of any chemical product to contain your hair loss, here are some effective home remedies that can do miracle:

Green Tea: 
We all know that green tea is rich in antioxidants, hence, it helps in preventing hair fall. For this you have to soak tea bags in cups of hot water depending on the length of your hair. After it gets cooled, pour over your scalp and hair and gently massage. Keep it for an hour and then rinse it with cold water.

Beetroot juice:
Beetroot has plenty of nutrients including vitamin C, B6, potassium and manganese. All of them are vital for hair growth. To treat your hair with beetroot remedies, boil 7-8 beetroot leaves and them grind it with 5-6 henna leaves. Keep this paste on your hair for at least 20 minutes before cleaning it with warm water.

Aloe Vera: 
Aloe Vera has mutiple benefits and it works amazingly for skin, blood, hair, etc. For preparing aloe vera home remedy, extract its pulp and apply on hair. Leave it for 45 minutes before rinsing it with water. Repeat this 3-4 times a week.

Onion Juice: 
Onion has atibacterial properties and contains sulfur which helps in increasing blood circulation to the hair follicles. To extract lemon juice, grind the onion and squeeze the juice. Apply on your scalp with cotton and leave it for an hour. Wash it off and then clean your hair with shampoo.

Amla:
Vitamin C is also one of the reasons of hair fall and one fruit that that ample of this vitamin is amla or Indian Gooseberry. It has anti-inflammatory and exfoliating properties which promotes hair growth and prevents premature greying. Mix amla powder with lime juice and massage your scalp and hair with it. Wear shower cap and keep it for an hour before washing it off.
